Surprise Party

There was a time during my 14^th birthday; my friend invited me to have lunch at their house. I we went to their house and when we got there I saw some of friends inside and there trying to surprise me but I wasn’t surprise at all. All of them look at me and I didn’t show any reaction at all. One of them asked if I’m surprise to what they did, I answered no. They were shocked at my reaction, they taught that they can surprise me that easy but they actually failed in doing that. After that, felt that I let them down because my reaction, I wasn’t shocked or surprised on what they did. Despite of what happened, we still have the party and everybody was happy that time. After the party one of my friends talked to me about what happened. He asked me why I’m not surprised on what they did. I answered him that I’m not that type of person that is surprised easily; I anticipated that you’re going to have a party at that house since it’s also the wedding anniversary of his parents. He laughed and told me that you’re really good at anticipating things. I replied, I think I’m not that good but I can sense you’re moves. He laughed again and told me that is one of the things you learned by playing DOTA. I replied; maybe.
